By, With, and Of: Leadership in Creative Communities

A leadership development day. A day of thinking, reflection and workshops about how to design and put into practice models of leadership that work for individuals and the people and communities they work with.

Hosted by Transported programme, the event will look at emerging research on leadership from that programme. The group will consider the personal responsibilities and needs of leaders and how policy and practice could shift to make leadership something genuinely collaborative done by, with and of people and place.
