Frequency Festival of Digital Culture will explode onto the streets and screens of Lincoln on 24th October 2019, exploring how rapid technological change is disrupting our cities and transforming our everyday lives.

For the 5th edition of the international festival there will be four intense and exciting days of digital creativity, debate and discovery.

Events kick off with a timely look at gender and diversity in technology at the inaugural THE MEET UP industry conference on 23rd October, followed by the full festival programme kicking off on the 24th.
